These Terms govern your use of Mecsto (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms for that business.
Mecsto provides software for service businesses to create an online storefront and manage listings, bookings, subscriptions, payments, customers, and marketing. Checkout, accounts, and orders are provided as Mecsto-managed features; themes control the storefront's appearance.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
Payments to merchants are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay) under their terms. Subscription plans for the Mecsto platform, where applicable, are billed as described at sign-up. You authorise the applicable charges. Taxes are your responsibility.
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, sell prohibited goods, send spam, distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or misuse the platform or other users' data.
Mecsto and its software, themes, and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us the licence needed to host and display it to operate the Service. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform except as the law allows.
Connecting third-party services (e.g. Google, payment providers) is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how connected Google data is used.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the platform or others, or as required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; some provisions survive.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Mecsto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
